Dr. Moyowa Boyo, Dr. Sam Nordlund, & Dr. Megan Schlorff, Department of Pediatrics, Core Pediatrics Program, Chief Residents will help define burnout and resilience, review the impact of burnout on residents as well as review the patient care implication of burnout. We will discuss resiliency and how we can incorporate increased resiliency in our residency program.
