DR. Enas el Gouhary is a Neonatologist and currently the Neonatal Medicine Fellowship Program Director. She co-designed workshops locally, nationally and internationally. She chairs the Pediatrics Department Mentorship and Wellness committee. She received the PGME award for Excellence and Innovation in Education.
DR. Robert Yates established the Mentorship and Wellness committee in Nov 2019 as one of the first initiatives in his role as the Associate Chair, Academic for the Department of Pediatrics. Dr. Yates continues to be a key driver and sponsor to all the work of the committee with the vision to support professional development and wellness of all faculty and learners.
DR. Emma Wyatt joined the faculty at McMaster University as a founding member of the Division of Pediatric Emergency Medicine in 2010. Her particular interests include gender equity and and physician wellness. Dr. Wyatt recently contributed to a Mentorship guide book and she is a great advocate for women in leadership.
