Our project is a smart plant monitoring system. It utilizes various sensors to collect real-time data about a plants soil conditions that are either transmitted wirelessly to its front end facing UI, or saved offline until a connection can be made. Fit Plants has a modern and responsive desktop application and mobile app for the users convenience.
