For over a decade, Paul Bakker has led his evaluation consultancy, Social Impact Squared, in completing over 75 research and evaluation projects. Paul's practice focuses on rigorous impact measurement, developmental evaluation, and evaluating efforts to build sustainable livelihoods. Paul uses a principles-focused, asset-oriented, and equitable approach to evaluating social programs. Paul works with clients and their communities to bring their expertise and experience to the foreground, while collaborating to understand, measure, communicate, and improve their social impact.
