Dr. Anthony Crocco is an Associate Professor and Division Chief in the Division of Pediatric Emergency Medicine, Department of Pediatrics, McMaster University who will help us understand the benefits and harms of a ‘team’ culture, describe the value of a shared organizational vision and outline a framework for decision-making.
