Sheila Atkinson is a Certified Spiritual Care Practitioner (CASC) and Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO), and has spent much of her career in Paediatrics, Palliative Care and Bereavement.  She has held various roles within education and professional development in CASC and contributed to work on specialized competencies for Spiritual Care within palliative and bereavement care.   Within her professional work, she integrates her creative skills in helping people to reclaim ritual in contemporary and meaningful ways.

Lori Ives-Baine is a nurse who has worked at SickKids for 34+ years.  She began her career in the NICU at Henderson Hospital, and then moved to SickKids for a full-time role.  She worked in the NICU for more than 23 years as a bedside nurse, and Palliative Care and Bereavement Coordinator. She has since been with PACT developing and enhancing the Pathways Grief Support Program to support 250 to 300 families a year, of those who have died in hospital and in our communities.
