This project presents a low-volume (3.5 mL) closed-loop flow system designed for hemocompatibility testing under physiologically relevant conditions. The system enables real-time monitoring of flow and pressure to detect occlusion through pressure-based analysis and modeling. A logistic model is implemented to map pressure changes to a clotting severity index for real-time prediction. The compact design is particularly suited for pediatric-scale applications where blood availability is limited.
