McMaster University's Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Program provides a comprehensive training program for physicians to excel as clinicians, leaders, and scholars in the care of critically ill newborns. Our trainees work in a high-acuity, family-centered neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), gaining hands-on clinical experience in neonatal resuscitation, chronic care, and advanced diagnostics while developing strong communication and advocacy skills.
