Dr. Sheri Findlay is an Associate Professor with the Department of Pediatrics, Division of
Adolescent Medicine. Dr. Findlay graduated from McGill University and did her
pediatric residency at Northwestern University in Chicago. She then completed a
Fellowship in Adolescent Medicine at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto.
She has been working at McMaster Children’s Hospital since 1999. Since starting
at McMaster Dr. Findlay has focused on the development of specialized services
for youth, including the successful creation of several interdisciplinary
programs for youth with a wide variety of issues. Dr. Findlay developed and led
the first pediatric eating disorders program in the Hamilton area and has also
developed the first Pediatric Chronic Pain Clinic. She remains the Medical
Director of the Pediatric Chronic Pain Program at McMaster Children’s Hospital.
She is currently Division Head of Adolescent Medicine.
Dr. Allison Rodrigues is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of
Adolescent Medicine at McMaster University. She completed her pediatrics
residency at McMaster and her adolescent medicine subspecialty training at the
Hospital for Sick Children. She has been working as a staff physician at
McMaster Children’s Hospital since 2016. In addition to working with eating
disorder patients, she is also involved in the pediatric chronic pain clinic at
McMaster. She is also actively involved in medical education specifically at
the post-graduate level. She is the President of the Adolescent Health Section
of the Canadian Pediatric Society and the current Medical Director of the
Pediatric Eating Disorders Program at McMaster Children's Hospital.
