Practicing Moral Resilience: introducing a new collaborative faculty development series.| Dr. Connie Williams| July 28, 2022

Dr. Connie Williams is a Neonatologist and Associate Professor in the Division of Neonatology. Her academic interests include bioethics, health policy, and interprofessional education. In this session of Grand Rounds, Dr. Williams explores aspects of adult learning and 'ethical competencies' and develops curricula for self-directed learning related to moral resilience. She highlights her plan for future faculty development sessions for Grand Rounds and to focus on the development of Faculty within Pediatrics.
