RatBAT is a data processing and analysis tool designed specifically for the Szechtman Lab Collection, a massive library of data made up of decades of research on OCD using a "Animal Model" to simulate OCD-like symptoms.
RatBAT allows users to built their own datasets from the library with their choice of data and independent variables.
Users can preprocess this data with RatBAT's smoothing and segmentation features and then calculate a wide array of summary measures which allow researchers to quantify the compulsive behaviours displayed by subjects.
