Dr. Queen Dube leads work on newborn program implementation, policies and standards at WHO Headquarters in Geneva. She has wide experience in health systems, maternal, newborn and child health, having worked in various portfolios in these areas. Prior to joining WHO she was the Chief of Health Services in the Ministry of Health in Malawi. She is a Paediatrician and Clinical epidemiologist who holds a PhD from the University of Liverpool.
