Camara van Breemen is
a Nurse Practitioner who leads the Enhanced Community Care Program at Canuck
Place Children's Hospice providing pediatric palliative care to children and
families across the Province of BC. Camara is engaged in interdisciplinary
pediatric palliative care education including the development and ongoing
workshops that focus illness care for children and their families.
