Dr. Marija Kacar Hematology/Oncology Fellow at McMaster University will review the pathophysiology of acquired coagulopathies in children, with a focus on differential diagnosis and clinical presentation of various disorders. Acquired coagulopathy is a relatively uncommon occurrence in pediatrics, but can be associated with significant morbidity and mortality.
