SLOTHH Consulting is proposing the Victoria Avenue Community Hub, a six-storey multi-use facility at 440 Victoria Avenue North in Hamilton that integrates social, health, and educational services with affordable housing. The project targets key social determinants of health by reducing food insecurity, improving access to housing, and supporting mental and physical well-being. The building will feature a food bank, daycare, clinic, community spaces, and 30 affordable housing units, along with sustainable elements such as a rainwater collection system and outdoor gardens for residents and community use. Sloth Consulting consists of team members: Teagan Simons, Louisa Mueller, Shayla Mckeown, Helen Lu, Ola Matyja, and Harsimran Singh Bajwa.
